David leads the company’s autonomy architecture, system engineering, and multi-domain integration efforts. His background spans 15+ years of designing and delivering autonomous capabilities into real operational environments.
Baird Technology was founded by David Baird, an engineer and defence innovator focused on delivering sovereign, attritable and operationally meaningful autonomous systems.
The company works closely with frontline forces, defence partners and international capability programs to ensure every system meets real mission needs.
Shoshanna Baird
Project Compliance & Operations Officer
Shoshanna serves as the Project Compliance & Operations Officer for Baird Technology, overseeing operational governance, compliance frameworks and project execution across all autonomous systems programs.
Her role ensures that engineering, development and integration activities adhere to regulatory, contractual and operational requirements while maintaining alignment with internal SOPs and defence-sector standards.
Shoshanna provides critical oversight across project lifecycles, coordinating between engineering, operations and partner stakeholders to ensure timelines, quality benchmarks and compliance obligations are met. Her work strengthens organisational discipline and supports the reliable delivery of complex, fast-moving defence technology programs.
